Terms and Conditions
The Rules of I Bimbi Apartments are designed to ensure a consistent, orderly, and peaceful environment for all Guests.
By requesting a stay and receiving confirmation from I Bimbi Apartments, Guests enter into a binding contractual agreement and fully accept these Rules.
Failure to comply with these Rules or with any further provisions established by Management may result in immediate removal from the Facility. In cases where such non-compliance constitutes a crime, the matter will be reported to the relevant Public Authorities and to national and international tourism organisations.
All Guest behaviour—regardless of age—is contractually relevant. Any violation of these Rules, of the general principles of civil conduct, or of the proper functioning of the Facility will lead to immediate termination of the contract, at the sole discretion of Management. In such circumstances, Guests will be required to vacate the premises within two (2) hours of notification.
In these cases, I Bimbi Apartments reserves the right to:
- retain any amounts already paid,
- request payment of any outstanding sums, including compensation for damages,
- and, if applicable, pursue additional claims for further damages.
The decisions of Management are final and binding.
Check-in Information
Our rooms are ready for you from 15:00.
Once you have received your keys or access card, you can access your room freely until 22:00
Since we don’t have a 24-hour reception, we kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
This helps us welcome you in the best way and avoid unnecessary waiting.
Early check-in service is also available (upon request and subject to availability). It can be easily booked in advance through our online check-in platform.
For your convenience, data collection (including required guest details) and the tourist tax payment are carried out through our secure online platform before arrival.
Please note: if this process cannot be completed online and requires a manual process or manual registration, a €40.00 administration fee will be applied.
- If you expect to arrive later than 22:30, please get in touch with us in advance: late check-in is subject to confirmation and may involve a €75.00 fee.
- Arrival details can be added in the “Comments” section when booking, or you can simply reach out to us using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At check-in, you’ll be asked for a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) as a guarantee. Please note that prepaid cards (such as Postepay) are not accepted.
A €150 damage deposit may also be required upon arrival. Don’t worry: it’s just a pre-authorization on your card and will be fully refunded within 14 days after check-out, once everything has been checked and in order.
Check-out Information
Check-out is by 10:00 AM (GMT+1), unless otherwise agreed. This allows us to prepare the room for the next guests.
Late check-outs are available upon request and subject to availability. This service can be booked in advance through our online check-in platform and may involve an additional fee.
Room Service & Housekeeping
Housekeeping takes place every day between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
We kindly ask guests to leave the room during this time so our staff can clean and replace towels.
Bed linen
- Fresh sheets are provided at check-in.
- Linen changes during the stay are available on request for an extra fee (bookable via our app).
Towels
- Towels are replaced every 3 days.
- Extra towel changes are also available on request for an additional fee (via our app).
Please note: only toilet paper can be flushed. All other items (such as sanitary products or food waste) must be disposed of in the bathroom bin.
Laundry
A guest laundry service is not available.
Food & Beverages in Bedrooms
For reasons of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety, it is strictly forbidden to consume or store food and beverages in the rooms, unless expressly authorised by the Facility Management.
This rule helps us:
- maintain a high standard of hygiene,
- avoid unpleasant odours, stains, or damage to furnishings,
- and prevent the presence of insects or other pests.
Guests are kindly asked to use only the designated common areas (where available) for the consumption of food and drinks.
Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning or sanitation charges being applied.
House Rules
Identification
As required by Italian law, all guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport at check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot host anyone without proper documents.
Pets
For hygiene reasons and to respect guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
Room Occupancy & Visitors
- Each room can only be used by the number of people listed in the booking.
- For safety reasons, visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed in the rooms or common areas.
Respect & Behaviour
To make everyone’s stay comfortable, we kindly ask you to:
- keep noise to a minimum,
- avoid slamming doors or windows,
- always supervise children,
- use only small personal electronics (phone/laptop chargers, razors).
Please note: drugs, open flames, candles, stoves, or similar items are not allowed inside the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or indoor common areas.
If this rule is broken, a €610 cleaning fee will be applied, and additional charges may be incurred if the room cannot be used on the same day. In case of repeated violations, the stay may be terminated without refund.
Storage
For everyone’s safety, please do not leave large items (e.g. umbrellas, strollers, loungers, canoes, lifebelts) in hallways, landings, or the courtyard.
